We’re delighted to have become Gold Members of the Essex Wildlife Trust Investors in Wildlife programme, demonstrating our commitment to conservation and wildlife across all our farming activities on Brook Farm.
We’ve launched Reliquum London Dry Gin which uses an eau de vie made from apples grown in the farm’s orchards which would otherwise go to waste. Botanicals include Calamondin an unusual citrus fruit which is also grown on the farm. As well as two other spirits Reliquum Plum and Reliquum Apricot which are made with tree-ripened fruit that would otherwise go to waste.
Our Topaz and Evelina Apple Juice has won three stars in the renowned Great Taste Awards 2018 announced on 1 August. Two other Cotchel juices won one star. This is the third consecutive year that we have achieved Great Taste Awards for our apple juice.
